  • Dr. Kelly Prado, DNP, PMHNP-BC, RXN

    Founder | Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Medical Director

    Dr. Kelly Prado is a bilingual and bicultural psychiatric nurse practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice graduate from Yale University. She is board-certified in psychiatric mental health and has over eight years of clinical experience providing personalized care for children, adolescents, and adults. Her approach blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with integrative options, including thoughtful use of supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies when appropriate. She completed her advanced practice degree at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, completed a fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry, and is a Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider. Dr. Prado’s doctoral work at Yale focused on reducing mental health stigma through Spanish-language education and outreach. She also serves as a clinical instructor for psychiatric nurse practitioner students from Yale, CU, and other universities. Her care philosophy is rooted in clinical excellence, cultural humility, and whole-person healing.

    Ernesto is the Co-Founder and Business Director of Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health, where he oversees operations, growth, and patient experience. He is often the first point of contact for new patients, helping guide them through the process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from the very beginning. His focus is on creating a practice that feels both highly professional and genuinely supportive. With over 19 years of experience in business management, operations, and compliance, Ernesto brings structure and efficiency to every aspect of the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and a Master’s in Finance from the Daniels College of Business.

    With over 25 years of nursing experience across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, she brings extensive clinical expertise to her work. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Alabama.

    She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Master of Public Health from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, with clinical experience across diverse care settings.

    With over 14 years of experience in psychiatric care, including inpatient, crisis stabilization, and community mental health, she brings both depth and compassion to her practice. She completed her psychiatric nurse practitioner training at the University of Colorado Springs.

    With over 12 years of nursing experience, her approach combines evidence-based care with attention to each patient’s individual goals and needs. She earned her graduate degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

    Gloria works closely alongside Ernesto and plays a key role in day-to-day patient coordination. She manages communication through calls, texts, and emails, helps route prescription refills to the appropriate providers, and ensures all patient insurance information is accurate and up to date.

    Her focus is on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so your care feels seamless and stress-free.

  • Sayaka Valdivia - Administrative & Care Coordination

    Sayaka supports the coordination of care by managing follow-ups, sending invoices, and ensuring new patient information is accurately entered into the system.

    She helps keep everything organized and on track so each patient’s experience is consistent and timely.

  • Alexander Jimenez - Medical Assistant

    Alexander supports clinical care and assists with patient coordination to help ensure visits run smoothly and efficiently.

    He plays an important role in preparing and supporting the clinical team so that each patient’s experience is organized and well-managed.

  • Fabricio Zanatello - Multimedia & Marketing Director

    Fabricio leads Aspen Leaf’s website, social media, and digital marketing efforts, helping connect patients to care and expand access to services.
